Q: We are interested in your tour (8-Day Yosemite, San Francisco, Grand Canyon, Universal Studios Tour Package). We plan to arrive on the 25th of December 2012, and would like to book from the same day. My questions are as follows: 1. If we take your above package from 25.12.2012, according to your schedule on the Home page, we would be spending the 30th and 31st night (Day 6 and 7)in Las Vegas. Please confirm this. 2. Do you have a minimum number of passengers requirement for this tour ( is there a possibility that you might cancel the tour after we book). 3. We are two adults and one child. 1. The Day to Day itinerary, is not confirmed until 1 week before the tour departs.The day to day itinerary must remain flexible incase the tour guide needs to re-route the tour due to weather or traffic conditions.
2. Typically, these tours are always departing, it is rare when these tours cancel, but we do need a miminum number of passengers to join the tour.
3. Yes, you can take advantage of the "buy 2 get 1 free offer", please be sure to add the 3rd passenger to your reservation and the price will automatically adjust itself.

Yes, you can join the tour on November 16th.The hotel accommodation will be booked for you for the night of the 16th and you can self transfer at any time to the hotel.

If you book this tour as a single travler, you will pay the higher cost of the tour, which is the single supplement price for this tour.
